What is the cost of shipping? Shipping & handling costs R99 for orders less than R500, and is FREE for orders over R500.
When will I receive my order? It will take 2-5 working days to receive your order depending on when your payment clears, and where you are located. If you're in a rush to receive your order, please use the PayFast payment method.
Where are orders shipped from? We ship directly from our warehouse in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
How does your refund policy work? We offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee that will refund you without asking you to return the used thing. **There are only a few common-sense disclaimers. We reserve the right to ask for returns on orders that contain two or more of the same item. Limit one refund per household.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept South African EFT/bank transfers, as well as all major debit and credit cards using PayFast.
